Some info about me…

I got my undergraduate and graduate training at Iona University, where I built my clinical foundation and developed my approach to working with individuals in a thoughtful, client-centered way.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida and have Diagnostic Privilege, which allows me to better understand what you’re experiencing and provide more tailored support.

I completed an internship of over a year in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), where I worked closely with individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. I later spent years working in a Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program within a psychiatric hospital, supporting clients living with more complex and long-term mental health conditions. I also worked in Telehealth settings, providing remote therapy to clients with a wide range of needs. In 2025, I began my own private practice, continuing my commitment to providing accessible, individualized, and compassionate care.
